The owner of this home is a busy professional who craved a relaxing and unique space for herself and her 2 children.  As a single mom who is busy running her top-ranking dental practice, she didn't have the time or energy to do this for herself.  Her priorities were to have an inspiring exercise and meditation space, a relaxing environment that combined her love of a "beachy" vibe with some "mid-century modern" touches, a soothing bedroom for herself and unique spaces for her children.  She asked that we use most of her existing furniture including her living room couch, her dining table and her master bedroom set. She couldn't be happier with the results and we have plans to do her second home soon!

Project Details:

• We added an electric fireplace feature in the living room to create a "cozy" vibe.  An additional feature is a pull out drawer at the base that hides her children's gaming consoles and controllers
• 1 powder bath - finished with a gorgeous wall mural, has become many visitors "favorite" room in the house
• A beautiful wine wall feature was added in the dining room
• Outdoor furnishings including her children's favorite egg swings make outdoor parties a huge hit
• Feature walls added to her bedroom and her exercise/meditation room with wood detailing and
• We used her existing sofa and complimented it with a new coffee table and new accent chairs that swivel so her kids can either sit facing her or turn around to play their games or watch TV
